Please note that the EA is reviewing the complaints procedure, so this policy should be regarded as an interim version until the revised policy has been ratified by the school’s Board of Governors. An important addition to the policy that parents should be aware of now, is their right of appeal to the NI Ombudsman if they are not satisfied at the conclusion of the school’s response process.
