November News P1
During November, we have been learning about homes. We have discussed different materials used to build them. We went on a materials walk around school to see what materials our school has been built with.
During task time we have worked hard and have been learning about numbers and letters.
We have enjoyed using the computers in the Digi Hub and various devices in the classroom.
In P.E. we have been developing our gross motor skills by using the large apparatus. We’ve been having great fun climbing and jumping safely.
As you can see, we have been very busy and are looking forward to Christmas! There’s lots more fun to be had in school in December! We have started rehearsing for our nativity play, The Hopeless Camel. Perhaps you have heard some of the songs at home. No photos yet, we’re keeping that a surprise for you all!
October fun in P1!
We have been having great fun in P1. We have enjoyed lots of outdoor play, enjoying the beautiful autumn colours and leaves.
We have been working hard at our activities enjoying our practical learning.
We finished the half term with some Hallowe’en activities. You can see why we were ready for a rest!
